Welcome to Impulse (impulsesmm.com). By accessing or using our services, you fully agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Service description

Impulse is a platform that brokers social media marketing services (followers, likes, views, comments and the like). We act by connecting the customer to specialized providers who carry out the delivery.

2. Orders and delivery

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery occurs gradually and the time may vary depending on the service, the volume and provider availability.
The order is activated automatically once payment is confirmed. Activation is immediate; completion of delivery is progressive.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct public link to the profile or post. Orders with an incorrect link, a private profile or a removed profile may not be delivered and are not eligible for a refund.
We never ask for your password. We work solely with the public link.

3. Payment

Payments are processed via PIX through a partner payment institution (Stark Bank). Impulse does not store the customer's banking data. The order is processed once payment is confirmed.

4. Refunds and cancellation

As this is a digital service with immediate execution, no refund is available after the order has been dispatched to the provider.
Services with refill (indicated on the card) cover any drops within the stated period, at no additional cost.
In the event of a proven delivery failure (not related to an invalid link or a private account), please contact support for review.

5. Customer responsibilities

Using the services may conflict with the terms of use of the target platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). The customer assumes full responsibility for such use and for their account.
The customer declares that they are over 18 years of age and have authority over the profile provided.

6. Disclaimer of affiliation

Impulse is not affiliated with, associated with, or endorsed by Instagram, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, X/Twitter, Facebook, Telegram, Spotify or any other platform. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

7. Limitation of liability

Impulse is not liable for suspensions, blocks or any actions taken by the target platforms against the customer's account. Our liability is limited to the value of the order.

8. Changes

These Terms may be updated at any time. The version in force is always the one published on this page.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law, including the Consumer Protection Code. The courts of the consumer's place of residence are elected to settle any disputes.
